Governor Rendell was very gracious in accepting
the 2006
JEFFERSON award. The Governor said his two
Democratic
idols were Thomas Jefferson and Adlai Stevenson.
Listening
to the Governor are Congressman Tim Holden and
Penn Ag
Democrats President Doug Kilgore. The Governor
gave us
the ACRE program, Growing Greener 2, the First
Industries
Fund, and many other accomplishments in
agriculture.
